Erica is a registered nurse, nurse educator, and board certified nurse coach. She has worked in nursing education for more than a decade, and her current role focuses on supporting all aspects of student nurse learning and role development in the professional practice environment. Erica has a strong passion for health equity, advocacy, policy development, leadership, and supporting the wellbeing and vitality of nurses of color.

Outside of nursing, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking , reading, board games, puzzling, and thrifting.
